  • I have created my account but I cannot access the Members Area content

    Firstly, thanks for making your account! For security reasons, we will need to manually allow you access to the content. Please wait 24hrs from the time that you created your account. If you are a paying member of the group then you should gain access within this time. If you still need help, do not hesitate to contact us!

  • I entered the wrong details during sign up!

    Don’t worry! If you entered your email wrong, just make a new account and let us know that you have done this. If you entered something else wrong, like your name, you can edit this the ‘My Account’ page using the drop-down box in the top right corner.

  • I can’t find the order form for ordering merchandise?

    You will find the order form in the ‘Merchandise’ in the top bar of this page. Please remember, this form is only active for a set amount of days every month. If the order form is not visible then orders are not currently being accepted.

  • How can I contact you for support?

    Send us an email at [email protected] if you have any questions. Alternatively, click the drop-down box in the top right corner of this page and choose ‘Support’ from the list.
